Getting in contact with us
You can visit in store, call, or email us your creation idea, styles, metal, diamonds, plating, and then we will discuss the best way to create your design. Feel free to bring or send us pictures, drawings, or images to give us a better grasp of what you want your design to look like.
Digitized Design
In this part of the process we are able to show you a sketch with a computer-aided design (CAD) of your ring, pendant, necklace, bracelet, earrings, or any custom piece you have in mind. This is when you are able to approve or make changes to your piece.
Creation
After approving the CAD, we will create a 3-dimensional prototype, this is a wax grown created by our 3D high quality printer, here you are able to see the size and dimension. You are still able to make changes in this process, and we will accommodate to the best of our ability to ensure that you are satisfied with your piece. If you are satisfied with your piece, we will then proceed to burn out the wax that is covered by an investment plaster, this process takes an estimated time of 8 hours.
Finishing
Now that the metal piece is complete, we will then assemble the setting stones (if required) and polish for the cleanest look for your custom piece. Finally, your jewel is now ready for pickup and to be worn with style, glamour, and elegance.
